Contact form
The contact form collects your name, work email address, company, subject and message; your phone number is optional. This information is used to receive, understand and process professional enquiries sent to PLATEFORMS. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to any marketing communications.
Recipients and service providers
Enquiries are intended for the people responsible for handling them at PLATEFORMS. Mailjet acts as a technical service provider for email delivery via SMTP. If you have any questions about how your data is processed by service providers, you can contact us.
Legal basis
Processing is based on PLATEFORMS’ legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries. Where your request concerns steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, processing is based on those pre-contractual measures.
Retention
Data submitted through the contact form is retained only for as long as necessary to process and follow up your request, subject to any applicable legal or contractual retention obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the processing concerned and the applicable conditions, you may request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing and, where applicable, request data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Contact form protection
The contact form validates data on the server and limits submission attempts. An invisible anti-spam field provides additional protection without using a blocking CAPTCHA.
Audience measurement
Matomo audience measurement is currently disabled on this version of the website.
The intended configuration uses a self-hosted Matomo instance limited to audience measurement and website improvement, without advertising profiling, User ID, CRM matching or cross-domain tracking.
When enabled, the website’s Matomo integration disables cookies, respects Do Not Track and the locally stored opt-out preference. It sends the page address without query parameters or fragments, without the referring URL and without any form content.
Audience measurement and its configuration remain subject to final verification before production launch. No consent exemption or CNIL compliance is claimed solely on the basis of this integration.
